GYROTONIC® GROUP CLASSES
GYROTONIC® Tower Foundation - Sundays at 10am at Pivot in Bellevue. Book your spot here.
This class is designed for people new to the method wanting to learn! We require you take 6 of our new client classes (3 of each modality, Foundations, Barre, or Grooves) prior to joining Flow. This is for your safety as well as the general flow of the classes. In addition to teaching your settings to you, these classes will teach you some of the most used exercises and their names while also teaching you some of the fundamentals and methodologies of the modalities. We also highly recommend doing two private sessions for $99 to get a deeper understanding!
GYROTONIC® Tower Flow - Sundays at 11am at Pivot in Bellevue. Book your spot here.
These classes mostly incorporate level one exercises so you have the knowledge of them when you go into Velocity classes once you are more experienced! These classes also often progress a simple movement to more advanced versions to allow each client to find a level that works for their bodies. This allows the class to accommodate more levels while also creating flow for the group as a whole. Props are also frequently used as an way to add difficulty and help you understand the movement. These classes often encourage rhythm to challenge the body's stabilization, moving the class together to build energy! You must know your settings on the equipment from taking 3 or more Foundations classes and/or 2 privates sessions.
